Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal processing being suspended.
2.5 Single Account. Each individual may maintain only one registered account with uea8. Operation of multiple accounts, whether directly or through associated persons, is prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.
3.1 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your uea8 login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify uea8 immediately via the live chat or email support channels. uea8 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. uea8 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable policy. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

6.1 House Rules. All games on uea8 operate according to game-specific rules available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game's mechanics and payouts.
6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games available on uea8 are sourced from licensed game providers whose RNG systems are independently certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. Certification details are available from the respective game provider.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uea8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; gambling losses beyond deposited amounts; or interruption of service.
10.2 uea8's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
